Paul Tseng attended the April 2013 reopening ceremony for the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) newly renovated Concordia Extended Stay Hotel. The ceremony featured Christine Lagarde, IMF Managing Director as a presenter and speaker. ABP commissioned the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems for the exclusive 121 room hotel located in the heart of Washington, DC.
The Concordia is a temporary stay hotel and apartment building that caters to professionals from IMF, the World Bank and other prestigious organizations. Special sustainable design features at the hotel include a complete VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) system serving all guest rooms. ABP commissioned the VRV/VRF system and the DOAS (Dedicated Outside Air) systems providing ventilation for the building.
